2002 Newsletter from the Montana Turleys
Dear All,
Our Winter Vacation this year was a celebration of our 30th Anniversary. We went to Hawaii last March. Warm weather in the middle of Montana winter is always a nice break. We toured the island of Oahu and Michael was able to squeeze in a sailplane lesson. In August (our Anniversary was the 12th) we went to Kimberly, B.C., Canada. Beautiful country.
Kelly is now working for Cendent Travel Agency. She just got back from London and then began dating a childhood friend of the family after getting together a couple of months ago.
Bryan goes back to school Jan. 13th studying History, English and Communications. He is still going to school at Montana State University at Billings hit or miss. He has developed an interest in history and we are waiting to see were he goes with it all. He finally had that big breakthrough and beat his Dad at Tennis last summer.
Maggie continues to play a lot of Tennis each week. Christmas is a great time of year for her. She enjoys the season, decorations and all of it. Kelly was unable to come home for Thanksgiving or Christmas this year but Maggie has been busy baking and decorating up a storm. We are looking forward to a trip to New England in the motorhome next fall.
Michael is still running the train. He is feeling much better after a hospital stay and long recovery from an unknown fever four years ago. Working the Railroad Engineers extra board and going to Helena and Whitehall, Montana again. His motorcycle club will be meeting in Moscow, Idaho and he is looking forward to that.
We hope this letter finds you and yours healthy and happy.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
Michael, Maggie, Kelly and Bryan
